Our Saint Martin Pale Grand Outdoor Terracotta Parquet is a substantial 3cm-thick handmade terracotta tile, created for beautiful patios, courtyards and outdoor living spaces.

At 8 × 32 × 3cm, this larger and thicker format takes the timeless proportions of traditional terracotta parquet and gives them a more substantial character for outdoor settings.

Each tile is individually handmade from natural clay, creating beautiful variations of pale sandy tones, warm pinks, amber and soft reds. Subtle differences in colour, texture and shape are part of the character of genuine handmade terracotta and help create a floor that feels naturally aged from the moment it is laid.

Perfect for herringbone, basketweave and traditional brick-bond layouts, the Grand Outdoor Parquet works beautifully with period properties, country homes, courtyards and Mediterranean-inspired outdoor spaces.

Samples

Samples are available to help you see the natural colour, texture and character of the Saint Martin Pale terracotta before ordering.

Please note: Sample tiles are supplied at approximately 8 × 32 × 1.5cm for easier delivery. The main product supplied for your project is the full 3cm-thick Grand Outdoor tile.

Outdoor Installation

As with all natural terracotta used outdoors, correct installation is essential. Tiles should be installed onto a suitable stable base with appropriate drainage, adhesive, grout and sealing for the location.

Natural handmade terracotta is porous and should be properly sealed and maintained. Suitability for a particular outdoor installation will depend on the site conditions, climate and installation method.

We recommend discussing the project requirements with an experienced professional installer before installation.
