Our standard export minimum order is:
1 × 20ft Container (approximately 850m²)
You can combine different tile sizes, colours and shapes within the same container, subject to production requirements.

Samples
We recommend ordering samples before placing a container order. This allows you to assess the colour, texture and finish, giving you complete confidence before production begins.
Production
Every order is manufactured in our family-owned factory using carefully selected natural clay and traditional hand-finishing techniques.
Each batch undergoes strict quality inspections throughout production before being securely packed for export.
Lead Time
Typical production lead time is 8–12 weeks from receipt of deposit, artwork approval (where applicable) and final order confirmation.
Larger or bespoke projects may require additional production time.
Shipping
We export worldwide and can arrange shipments to most international ports.
Available shipping terms include:
- FOB
- CFR
- CIF
We provide all standard export documentation, including:
- Commercial Invoice
- Packing List
- Bill of Lading
- Certificate of Origin (where required)
- Other export documentation upon request
Payment Terms
Our standard export payment terms are:
- 50% deposit to commence production
- 50% balance prior to shipment
Alternative payment terms may be available for established trade customers.
