Authentic and rich in character, these reclaimed terracotta floor tiles are crafted from salvaged clay roof tiles sourced across the Balkans. Carefully cleaned and hand-finished, they bring warmth, depth and a sense of history to both traditional and contemporary interiors.

Each tile reveals natural variation in tone, from soft beiges and sandy yellows to deep burnt oranges and rich reds. Irregular edges, gentle bowing and a timeworn surface create the look of a beautifully aged floor.

Installation

Tiles should be allowed to dry fully before installation.

These tiles are suitable for floors, kitchens, hearths and fireplaces (minimum 30 cm from heat source), and can be used with underfloor heating.

Sealing

These tiles require sealing after installation.

Once sealed, the colour deepens over time, enhancing the natural richness and aged character of the terracotta.
