Authentic and rich in character, these reclaimed terracotta rectangular tiles are crafted from salvaged clay roof tiles sourced across Eastern Europe. Each tile is carefully cleaned, washed and hand-finished, then expertly cut into a traditional rectangular format suitable for a range of laying patterns including brick bond and herringbone.
Each piece is gently sanded and pre-sealed using a durable, breathable oil finish. This specialist process enhances the natural tones while providing water and stain resistance, creating a soft satin surface with a subtle sheen. The finish allows the terracotta to breathe while making the tiles far more practical for everyday use.
