Product Description

Mr. Expert Silicon Shine is a specially designed water-based clear coat formulated for superior water repellency & efﬂorescence resistance applicable to all masonary works. This clear coat has excellent hydrophobicity, salt efﬂorescence resistance, unique water resistant properties as well as resistance properties against fungi, algae, and dampness. The presence of tough and ﬂexible resin binder, special preservatives and other special silicone additives make it an excellent durable coating for a long time. Product Features:

Baked Earth Terracotta Clay Tiles Coverage: Each 3.5ltr bottle covers approximately 10m2 (2-3 coats)
Please note: It is important that within the first 72 hours (product hardening period) after sealing a floor caution must be taken to not spill anything on it that might stain. As soon as a sealer is applied it will immediately repel water but whilst it is going through its curing / hardening period floors must be protected and looking at when the floor was installed and the stain occurring its possibly in this period.

The colour variety is excellent and runs from yellow to pink to red and even a little brown, though not much. Gorgeous!
